Unbeatable location of the hotel well within walking distance of most of Hanoi's most popular tourist attractions. So close to the Old Town in Hanoi, bars and restaurants. - the rooftop bar at the hotel offers a great atmosphere to relax and unwind while enjoying city views.

The property was in the heart of the city. There was café The Note Coffee, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
Although everything was great, some of the staff were weird.

Had a really good stay with thoughtful service. the hotel was set in a central area near Hoan Kiem lake, the French Quarter, and Beer Walking Street. 3. Restaurants and great SPA and Sapa and Hà long bay can easily be accessed from the hotel's location. 4. Hoan Kiem district was worth exploring.

The hotel is overall clean, has views of the Hanoi skyline. I have to mention the great breakfast with salads, local cuisine, fresh fruits. The location is great, 5 minutes' walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.

A comfy hotel, my first choice in Hanoi. Interesting place for staying in the heart of Hanoi. Ideal very central location, near to the night market and restaurant and bars area as well as the centre. And close to Hi Spa. Good food, exceptional service.

Cool architecture and rooms, but the strong perfume smell was a bit much for me. the decor was trendy and modern. Great location, not too far from a cool old flag tower 🏛️.

My stay at Silk Collection in Hanoi was truly memorable. The staff provided amazing service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The well-decorated room had a comfortable large bed and was kept immaculate. The exceptional breakfast catered for vegans, and the hotel's location in the Old Quarter was perfect. The staff, especially Daisy, were incredibly helpful and organised all our travel arrangements. The rooftop bar was also a highlight. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
